Returns Information

Status Instruments will allow for the return and refund of any unopened and/or unused product within 60 days from the date of shipment from our warehouse. A 30% re-stocking fee will be applied to the invoiced value of the returned product unless explicitly waived in writing by Status Instruments. A return material authorization (RMA) must be issued before shipping any product to Status Instruments. Any shipment received without an RMA will be rejected. The user is responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
